Summary: Morris, Inc. is seeking a motivated, safety-focused Aggregate Loader Operator / Laborer to support aggregate crushing and production operations across multiple job sites. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient production, material quality, and equipment reliability.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge and experience with aggregates and heavy equipment
- Dependable and able to follow instructions carefully
- Physically capable of performing manual labor and lifting up to 80 lbs
- Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required
Equipment Operation
- Operate loader to properly manage aggregate stockpiles and prevent material segregation
- Load trucks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with excavation, material handling, and site clean-up
- Maintain proper feed to crusher and plant systems
- Assist with crushing operations and serve as crusher operator when needed
- Support plant troubleshooting and repairs during breakdowns
- Help maintain consistent material quality and production flow
- Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance (fueling, greasing, fluid checks)
- Identify and report mechanical concerns or abnormal wear
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
