Summary Morris, Inc. is seeking a motivated, safety-focused Aggregate Loader Operator / Laborer to support aggregate crushing and production operations across multiple job sites. This position plays a critical role in maintaining efficient production, material quality, and equipment reliability.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Working knowledge and experience with aggregates and heavy equipment
  • Dependable and able to follow instructions carefully 
  • Physically capable of performing manual labor and lifting up to 80 lbs
  • Willingness to work extended hours and travel as required
Key Responsibilities: 
Equipment Operation
  • Operate loader to properly manage aggregate stockpiles and prevent material segregation
  • Load trucks accurately and efficiently
  • Assist with excavation, material handling, and site clean-up
  • Maintain proper feed to crusher and plant systems
Production Support
  • Assist with crushing operations and serve as crusher operator when needed
  • Support plant troubleshooting and repairs during breakdowns
  • Help maintain consistent material quality and production flow
Maintenance & Safety
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and preventative maintenance (fueling, greasing, fluid checks)
  • Identify and report mechanical concerns or abnormal wear
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Wage: $26-30/hr DOE
